Welcome to Imperfect Art. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website, booking sessions, and participating in our workshops and events.

By booking a session or visiting our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Website use

You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, or misuse any text, images, or designs without written permission.

2. Bookings & payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official partners (e.g. Acuity Scheduling, ClassBento).

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards securely via Stripe or SumUp.

3. Cancellations & refunds

  • Sessions are non-refundable but transferable; you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

  • For private events, at least 14 days’ notice is required for rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

4. Intellectual property

All text, photos, and artwork on our website are owned by Imperfect Art unless stated otherwise.
Guests retain ownership of their personal creations but grant Imperfect Art permission to feature images of workshops on social media (unless opted out in writing).

5. Liability disclaimer

Imperfect Art provides a safe creative environment, but cannot be held liable for:

  • Personal injury or damage caused by the misuse of materials

  • Loss of belongings

  • Allergic reactions to supplied products (please inform us of any sensitivities)

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updates will take effect upon publication.
