Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We know life happens, our policy aims to balance flexibility for you with fairness to our team and limited studio capacity.

1. Booking confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling or ClassBento with all session details.

2. Rescheduling

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your Art Café Session or Workshop.

Private event reschedules require at least 14 days’ notice.

3. Refunds

  • All bookings and deposits are non-refundable but transferrable.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

4. Late arrivals & no-shows

Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may not be admitted, and refunds cannot be provided.

5. Private events

Private bookings are confirmed with a £100 deposit, with the balance due on the day of the event.
