An art café is a creative space where you order art activities instead of food and drinks. Grab a seat for two hours in Angel or Peckham, settle in with tea and coffee, and bring your own materials or choose an activity from the art menu. No experience needed.

Grab a seat for a 2-hour free-flow session, then choose an activity from the art menu. Most people go for the All-in, all four draw and paint mediums for £7. Tea, coffee & biscuits included.

Making things is good for you
There's a growing body of research showing that creative activity lowers cortisol levels, quiets the inner critic, and shifts attention away from anxiety and rumination. When your hands are busy making something, your mind gets a break.
You don't need to be "good at art" for it to work. The benefit comes from the process, not the result. That's why we never correct your work, never tell you what to make, and never display a finished piece hierarchy. Everyone just makes.
