This website, imperfectart.co.uk, is operated by Imperfect Art Ltd (company number 16722560) ("we", "us", "Imperfect Art"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If anything here conflicts with our Booking & Cancellation Policy, the booking policy takes precedence for booking-specific matters.

We try to keep prices, availability, and descriptions accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or availability error after you've booked, we'll contact you before proceeding, you're never charged the wrong amount without being told first.

Don't use this site to attempt to disrupt it, access data that isn't yours, or submit false, abusive, or fraudulent bookings or enquiries.

If you use the interactive drawing feature on our homepage and choose to send it to us, you're giving us permission to receive and view that image. We don't publish visitor drawings without asking first.

Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in full in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed against any session, workshop, or add-on. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless explicitly allowed, and we reserve the right to withdraw a code or refuse it if we suspect misuse.

We ask everyone to treat our hosts, staff, and fellow guests with respect. We can end a session early, without refund, for anyone behaving in a way that's abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to others.

We're not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings you bring to the studio.

Anything you create at Imperfect Art is yours. We may photograph the studio for our own marketing, but we'll ask before featuring your specific artwork or your likeness.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you book.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
