Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please email us at admin@imperfectart.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Camp days booked
Camp needs 2 weeks' notice
Camp days need 2 weeks' notice, not the usual 24 hours, because materials and staffing for camp are committed further ahead. Cancelling here cancels the whole booking, every day above, and refunds what you paid, including any sibling, full-week or code discount that applied.
To cancel or move a single day instead, email admin@imperfectart.co.uk with your booking reference at least 2 weeks before that day. Full details are in our booking policy.
Reschedule
Move to a different date or time. Any price difference will be charged or refunded automatically.
Cancel booking
This will permanently cancel your booking.
Pick any upcoming workshop. You can switch to a different one too.
Pick a new date and time for your art café session.
